Recently, Innosense Partners, together with their families, went to nature with great enthusiasm, and a warm team-building activity that combines the atmosphere of daily life and rural fun kicked off. Everyone actively participated in the cooking competition, showing their skills — the kitchen was filled with the symphony of pots, bowls, ladles and pans, the fields were surrounded by the waves of rice and the fragrance of fruits, and laughter could be heard everywhere. Every moment is worth cherishing and remembering. This winter has become even warmer because of this gathering~

Round 1: Kitchen Competition, the Warmth of Cooking Warms Hearts

After the Innosense team arrived in the morning, colleagues quickly divided into groups and each took on their respective responsibilities. The "Kitchen Competition" kicked off in full swing: the master knife skills experts wielded their knives with precision, turning potato shreds as thin as hair and carrot slices as thin as wings; the vegetable-washing team moved swiftly, making the fresh vegetables even greener under the rinse of clear water; the little helpers' team was not to be outdone. The children followed the adults into the vegetable field, picking dew-covered green vegetables and radishes with their own hands, experiencing the joy from the land to the dining table, and the field echoed with their childish laughter.

Meanwhile, the aroma from the barbecue area had already "taken the lead". Skewers of meat, sausages, and pork belly sizzled on the grill. As the fat dripped down, it sparked little flames. When cumin and chili powder were sprinkled on them, the fragrance instantly filled the entire venue, making the children stop frequently and crane their necks to look.

After going through a series of "frying, stir-frying, braising, and deep-frying", one home-cooked dish after another was served one after another: prawns with a bright red color, stir-fried baby cabbage with sliced meat that is refreshing and relieves greasiness, fragrant farm-style stir-fried pork... Everyone shuttled around with their plates, tasting each other's craftsmanship, sometimes praising the delicious food, and sometimes exchanging cooking experiences.

Before the dishes are served, after careful plating by the friends, the delicious food becomes even more colorful and tempting, making people's mouths water.

During lunchtime, the cooking competition proceeded simultaneously. Amidst the smoke and steam of cooking, the distance between colleagues quietly narrowed, and warmth spread in their hearts.

Round 2: Infinite rural fun, endless joy

After a short break, the pastoral-themed activities in the afternoon were even more exciting. The entire team was divided into 3 groups to start the "Rice Harvest Challenge". Under the guidance of the coach, everyone held sickles, bent down to cut the rice, and felt the difficulty and joy of "sowing a grain of millet in spring and harvesting ten thousand seeds in autumn".

At the end of the event, everyone walked into the orchard and started the "orange-picking journey". The branches were covered with bright yellow oranges, like little lanterns. Everyone stood on tiptoes and reached out to pick them, and the sweet and sour fragrance of the fruits filled the air.

Live up to the time, walk together in the future

From collaborating in the kitchen to working side by side in the fields, from sharing delicious food to interacting joyfully, this team-building activity not only allowed everyone to temporarily set aside the busyness of work and experience the comfort of rural life, but also enhanced mutual understanding and friendship.
