When work meets the distance

When colleagues become travel companions

This year in the month of lotus (June), Innosense people

Among the mountains and waters of Wuxi

Wrote a different team story...

The assembly bugle sounds.

In the Tang and Song styles of Nianhua Bay,

Amid the cheers and shouts during the dragon boat races,

 Innosense people fully embrace nature,

Quickly closing the distance between each other.

After night falls,

The smoky flavor on the barbecue grill,

The laughter in the beer glasses,

The dancing figures by the bonfire

At this moment, 

we are not just colleagues, 

but also fellow travelers chasing the starlight.

Facing the morning light,

The  Innosense people are ready to go.

A 7 - kilometer mountain path,

Advancing and retreating together.

The "picnic gathering" on the halfway up the mountain,

The most simple - styled working meal of the year.

Sharing fruits picked by our own hands with each other,

The taste is more memorable than that of Michelin - starred food.

The cheers when reaching the summit

For the scenery and even more for the fellow travelers

The warmth of supporting each other along the way

Shen Si has always believed that 

the best team building doesn't happen

 in the conference room.

On the mountain road where we sweat together

Under the starlight where we raise our glasses together

In the memories we create together

I look forward to setting off next time
