Job Responsibilities: 


1. Technical Support and Customer Relationship Management


Customer Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, including technical consultation, product demonstration, troubleshooting and resolution, etc., to improve personal and company satisfaction at the customer end.


Training: Provide product application technical training to sales staff and customers to help them better understand and use the products.


Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with customers, promptly handle problems feedback by customers, assist in solving customers' technical problems.


Testing: Be familiar with relevant testing and measuring equipment, be able to test and verify technical problems based on application fields raised by customers, and reply to customers' questions in a timely manner.


2. Win Projects and Cross - departmental Collaboration


Aim to win project approvals from customers, work side by side with the sales team to jointly promote project Design - in and Design - win. Keep close contact with the R & D department personnel of major customers, deeply understand customers' application systems, and provide system solution support to customers.


Participate in the demand analysis in the early stage of the project, closely cooperate with departments such as sales, marketing, and R & D to coordinate resources, promote the smooth progress of the project, and assist the quality department in after - sales work.


3. Market and Product Promotion


Product Promotion: Cooperate with the sales and marketing teams in product promotion, participate in market research and analysis, and understand the product features of competitors.


Technical Support Documents: Compile technical support documents and training materials to provide technical references for sales staff and customers.


4. R & D and Innovation - New Technology R & D


Participate in the research and development and application of new technologies, investigate the main application trends at the customer end, feedback the definition requirements of new products, and promote the improvement of the company's technical capabilities.


Product Improvement: Collect customer feedback to provide a basis for product R & D and improvement.


5. Frequent business trips to visit customers on an irregular basis.


6. Other Responsibilities


Industry Research: Pay attention to industry trends and technological trends to provide references for the company's strategic planning.


Complete tasks assigned by superiors: According to the company's arrangements, complete other relevant work.
